Help for the Bluzen ACS app: how to link your phone, answers to common questions, and how to reach us.

1. What the app is

Bluzen ACS lets you clock in and out with your phone at a site’s clock-in point, and see your own attendance: today’s record, your history, and the places you can clock in.

The app is for people whose employer has registered them in Bluzen ACS. You cannot create an account in the app; your employer sets you up.

2. Getting started

Ask your supervisor for a link code. They can give you the code, or show a QR code on their screen.

Open the app and type the code, or scan the QR code. Your phone is then linked to your record and you can clock in.

A link code works once, and only for a short time. If yours has expired, ask your supervisor for a new one.

3. A clock-in is refused as too far away

Move closer to the clock-in point and try again. The app reads your location only at the moment you clock in or out, to check that you are on site.

4. You changed your phone

Ask your supervisor for a new link code and enter it on the new phone. The new phone replaces the old one, which can no longer clock in.

5. Removing the app from this phone

In the app, open Profile and choose Remove this phone.

6. Your hours look wrong

Ask your supervisor. They can check your record and correct it.

7. Contact us

For a problem with the app itself, email app.support@bluzen.com.

For your attendance record, or to ask for a copy or deletion of your data, contact your employer first. You can also write to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@bluzen.com.

How the app handles your data is set out in the Bluzen ACS Privacy Policy.
