Smart street lighting
Bluzen has provided smart street light systems and operation services to metropolitan cities in Korea, including Seoul, Goyang and Sejong, since 2015.
Cities are adopting smart street lighting as core smart-city infrastructure. It reduces energy consumption and maintenance effort, and gives the city control over light pollution. The same poles can also carry public services back to residents.
A smart street light system is made up of the smart device, a gateway, a wireless communication network, and the remote monitoring and control server behind them. Implementing one therefore draws on sensing, control, communications and remote monitoring together.
