A large construction site in Singapore

A large construction site in Singapore is deploying Bluzen ACS for attendance and site access, the first of several sites the client plans to bring onto the system.

The site will have 20 ViRDI UBio-X Face Pro terminals: a pair at each of nine turnstile locations, one for clocking in and one for clocking out, and a pair in the site office for registering workers. The terminals recognise faces, fingerprints, cards and passcodes, and every clock-in goes straight to Bluzen ACS in the cloud, so there is no server on site.

The workforce works two 12-hour shifts alongside office hours, and ACS turns each clock-in into hours, overtime and reports.
